Linda Olson has over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources in the high tech industry sharing her expertise in the processes of change, development and learning for individuals, teams and organizations. She also developed and delivered leadership training programs to the management team and provided individual coaching.
Today Linda helps people get organized. She coaches them to “de-clutter” offices, schedules and homes to create environments that increase productivity and quality of life. She uses an integrated approach to organizing combining organizing techniques with individual preferences, habits and aspirations. Linda helps clients see things in new ways that enable them to take new actions. Her services provide support to help integrate new organizational habits and to maintain the new systems and processes developed.
Linda has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She is certified as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West. Linda is trained in a number of assessment tools including the MBTI. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the local San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. In addition, she has trained with Julie Morgenstern, nationally know best selling author and professional organizing guru.
