Joan M. Vaisnor brings over 15 years of executive recruiting and human resources experience. Her expertise includes working with a variety of Fortune 500 corporations and technical agencies within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and high tech industries. For the past two and a half years, Joan has been the Sr. Recruiter for Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics, Inc. She manages recruiting for the Vaccines Global Business Operations and the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research divisions at the Emeryville campus. She is also managing the 2009 Summer High School Internship Program. Joan is a board member for HBA – (Healthcare Business Women’s Association) San Francisco Chapter.
