Course Description: This course will provide an understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 Standard and other quality management system (QMS) standards. It will give participants the opportunity to develop a map to help their organizations achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The course will include: - Methods to identify organizational readiness for ISO 9001:2008 registration - Methods to achieve a value-add certification that improves the organizational bottom line - Exploration of the human element requirements for effective implementation.
