She is a Business Liaison with NOVA, a public workforce development agency serving businesses and job seekers in northern Santa Clara County. In her role at NOVA, she provides a wide range of solutions to meet the recruitment, training, retention, and outplacement needs of Silicon Valley businesses. She also serves as the primary business representative for the Bioscience industry. Prior to NOVA, she worked in a variety of fields and diverse environments such as career services, high tech, specialty chemical, and real estate. During her career in the specialty chemical industry, she worked with the CFO on a $36 million IPO for a polymer company with product applications in the medical, agricultural, food, and industrial products industries.
